I am eating the “college” diet. Only easy to make cheap meals. So far I have lost around 4.5 lbs in 3 days eating about 2600 calories per day. I have a very fast metabolism, but my metabolism went on vacation and when it got back it thought someone else should clean up the mess. Hence the reason I am overweight. Diet or gluttony I still weigh 210 lbs. Steamed spinach or a box of ice-cream bars, I still weigh 210 lbs. So far this is working. When I hit 200 lbs I will know for sure.
