T25 alpha or beta?

Just finished week 5 of T25 -yay! I am wondering whether to repeat week 5 as I can't do all the more advanced moves on total body yet. I am still on my knees for press ups and the 180 squats + burpees kill me. Any advice from those who are on the program.

    As long as you can follow the modified version in the videos in Alpha phase I would move up. There are still modified versions in Beta so you won't miss anything.
