Not tired after workout, do I still burn a lot of calories?

Is it normal for me to not feel tired after working out? I mean like, do I have to FEEL tired in order to burn a lot of calories? I usually do feel tired and I pant and sweat and everything O_O But today I did 45 minutes of zumba, 25 min of 30 day shred level 2, and 20 minutes of strength training, and this is MORE than I usually do...but for some reason...I feel super energized...is this normal? I feel like I didn't even exercise...and I'm scared that I didn't burn as much calories. I gave my best. I felt tired DURING, but not after. There's no way that my body had already adapted that quickly, since this is my second day of this new routine...

If you want a true picture of how many calories you're burning, invest in a good heart rate monitor with a chest strap (Polar FT4 of FT7 is a good choice). Until you get one of these, the amount of calories you're burning will be a best guess.

The way you feel after a workout depends on a lot of different factors. How much you slept, what you ate before the workout, etc. etc. If you still did the same amount of working out that you've done before (and more) then chances are you probably burned a similar amount.

Yes exercise releases endorphins that make you feel good. The more you exercise your endurance improves, so it will take a higher intensity to make you feel fatigued in the same amount of time.
