Dry Rice vs Cooked Rice carbs

So I've been eating Della Brown Rice for about a month or two now. And when I cook it 1 cup of dry rice make 3 cups of cooked rice.
On the bag it says:
1/4 cup of dry rice is 120 calories
1.5 g fat
35 g carb
4 g protein
If I say eat 1/4 cup of cooked rice, I would count it as 1/4 cup of dry rice in my log. But then today I just started thinking that the amount of dry rice is not equal to the amount of cooked rice.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to count cooked rice or if i should just count it as dry rice? Or something else....

Since it says 1 cup of dry rice = 3 cups of cooked rice, If you cooked 1/4 cup of dry rice it would equal 3/4 cup of cooked. The dry rice absorbs water so you get more after it is cooked.0
