Not losing weight

I had my gallbladder removed last October and ever since then I've been having trouble with my weight. I started training for a half-marathon in January so I run 20+miles/week. I wasn't watching what I was eating because I figured I was buring enough calories to cover but I ended up gaining 30lbs.

2 months ago I started really watching what I was eating and going on a very strict diet. I am still running. I run 4 days a week, and I do some type of cross training the 5th day, so I know I'm getting plenty of exercise. However, in the last 2 months, I have only lost 2 lbs. I'm past the point where I would be gaining muscle because I've been doing this level of exercise for 9 months now.

After about the 1st month of my strict diet, I got frustrated because I wasn't seeing any results so I started trying to just stay away from processed foods as much as possible. I have only recently started counting my calories regularly, but it seems that I am staying around where I should be. I do still go over some but not a lot.

I have already been to the Dr. and had blood tests done. There is nothing wrong there.

Any suggestions?

Can you open your diary or tell us how many calories you eat (I have a feeling you are probably only eating 1200 based on your strict diet comment.)?
