    It blows my mind the utter lack of common sense people have about nutrition.

    I don't like this article. his statistics on gluten sensitivity point towards me being able to tolerate grains but I am a special snowflake so that must be wrong.....

    Peanuts are legumes, and peanut butter (especially combined with chocolate) has been known to impart magical powers. Your mileage may vary on this.

    LOL!!!!

    I just never understood the whole Paleo craze. I mean I could somewhat understand low carb/Adkins or low sugar, but Paleo just eliminates so many good foods. The elimination of potatoes and lugumes just baffles me.
