Footwear help!

So i have been working out for about 6 weeks now. I wear Oasics Tennis shoes. I wear basic whatever socks and there is a gel insert in my shoes. I was doing Hip Hop Abs with Sean T. Lots and lots of movements. I've done other workout videos as well, no problems. I go walking and hiking up mountains, no problems.
This past week I started on 30-Day Shred. Whenever it comes time for the jumping jacks and jump rope the bottoms of my feet feel like they are on fire. There's another part where you stand in a squat-like position and press your arms forward. They hurt then too.
As soon as those sections are over they no longer hurt. There was a part in hip hop abs with a bit of jumping, no pain.
Any ideas?
