I am a little more than halfway to goal! I set a goal on July 1 to lose 25 pounds by today (just in time for a doctor appointment). I hit 25.4 pounds this morning and got to hear my doctor say he was proud of me 
Only 22-25 more to go!!

On a side note, I always find it interesting that losing weight often leads to other changes. i.e., new hair style, cut, clothes, etc. :-D0 -
