OMG this brought me back to when I lost my mind too!! LOLL i couldn't keep up with it!0 -
I think I may have lost about 5ish pounds. It was mostly water weight though, but still, it felt awesome to see the scale FINALLY start to move.0

I lost 5 lbs. Of course, at 210, it didn't really show, but it gave me the mental boost to know I was finally onto an eating plan that worked and was satisfying (primal/paleo and <100g carb/day).0

I didn't weigh myself as I was doing it more to try and control my IBS than as a 'diet'. However going low-carb and cutting out wheat/gluten and sugar/refined carbs, I have lost 10lb in roughly two months.0
