Question about exercise and weight loss

I really enjoy working out, I do so 6 days a week. I use the elliptical twice a week for 30 minutes followed by abs, and run twice a week, 3 and 6 miles. On the other two days, I do strength training, lower body and upper body. The problem is this .... when life does not give me the opportunity to workout, I always register a loss on the scale. When I am diligent about my exercise routine, I maintain. Any idea what is going on?

Sounds like your body is holding onto some extra water for repair while you're working out, which then releases on the rest day.
Or it could just be a coincidence.0 -
