TGIF! What's your weekend goal!?

It's Friday! Thank god! I know weekends are thought for a lot of us to keep with the program so I thought I'd start a thread to help out! Post ONE goal for the weekend and a ONE status update during the weekend! We will keep you accountable :)

My weekend goal is to move my *kitten* 10 miles running and/or biking and keep within my calorie goal of 1200 NET. Hold me to it!
