22/f looking to gain muscle and get in better shape

Hey everyone I'm a 22 year old female looking to gain muscle and get in better shape in general. I used to be in great shape but the past couple years I haven't been working out a whole lot. I'm currently in the process of enlisting in the USCG and need to gain some weight I'm only 130 pounds and the minimum weight for my height is 128 (I know lol such a horrible problem). I'm doing a lot of strength training and eating a lot of calories to gain muscle weight, but I also need to start running as well since I have to run 1.5 miles in under 15:26 which won't be a problem, I just need to get back into it. I'm also working on eating healthier.

I'm looking for friends who are doing a routine similar to mine, muscle gain, strength training, some cardio, getting in great shape in general, and eating healthy. Send me a request if this is you :)
