Please help with protein intake.

Just ending week 5 on MFP. Joined in 2009 but never used it.
I have made some major changes in my eating habits, all of which I am happy with except protein.
I read that women should consume a min of 46 grams a day.
I would like to increase my intake by 10-15 grams a day . Currently about 35 a day.
How can I do this without adding a lot of extra calories at the same time ?
My daily calorie goal right now is 1385. Which is just fine and stay right at that limit 90% of the time.

Eggs and eggwhites are you new best friend for low-cal protein. Could also look into some protein powder if you do shakes at all
Oh, I forgot cottage cheese and liberte greek yogurt!0 -
Protein shakes or shots... tuna or any kind of fish...handful of nuts some eggs?!?!.... I personally use Whey Protein shots as a protein booster as my protein was also below what it needed to be, they have 42 grams of protein per shot, taste like fruity jello shots and are easy and quick for on the go..0
