I was just diagnosed today with hypothyroidism. My doctor prescribed a thyroid hormone to take. I am really hesitant about taking it and having to take it the rest of my life. Has anyone tried any natural remedies for thyroid problems? I now know why I am so tired all the time, just want a healthier way to fix it.
