Well you're back and thats great .... first hurdle down - stay the course, get your exercise routine happening and you'll start to feel the difference, inside and out! What is your first goal? How many calories you burn in a week from exercise, or how many cheats you allow yourself in a week? getting more sleep? - the list of goals are endless and it doesn't have a weight goal, as that will be a by-product of all these changes you are making .... ! Happy to be on this journey with you0

Hello I am a stay-at-home mom of 8 and a college student as well. I am married to a great Marine, who I love dearly. I am trying to drop about 25/30 pounds and I would love to find some people who can help me stay positive through this journey and I would also love to be there for anyone else who need that extra push.
