Turning 46 was hard and well Dr. said own it what you eat...and had me check out MFP so here I am.. Ready to get started..I need some friends to help me... I will be here everyday.

Good on ya bonnie! There's nothing like actually tracking for changing - just track and it changes by itself. I'm 2 weeks into it this time round and this time I'm logging my day before I eat it, because it lets me chop and change in case something's too many calories.
