What is a realistic weight loss goal for 9 weeks?

I have 61.5 pounds total that I would like to lose, and I was just wondering what a REALISTIC goal would be for me to shoot for would be. Why 9 weeks? Because I will be living with my parents again, and they eat decently healthy everyday (yogurts for breakfast, salads with almost every meal etc). My boyfriend is also shipping off for boot camp, and I actually want to try to lose SOME of the weight I've put on over the years.

9lbs would be the *most* realistic.
Since you have 61lbs to lose, I think you could probably bank on around 18lbs in 9 weeks.
It will probably slow down from there, you'll want to try for 1.5lbs for the next 10 weeks.
Then 1lb per week...
Last 10lbs? .5lb per week.0 -
I'd say anywhere between 10-20. If you lose 2lbs a week that'll be 18 in 9 weeks. Totally doable.0
