So when i started my MFP journy a few months ago, i weight in at 260lbs. I could barely run the AF fitness test 1.5 miles without being out of breath.

Today, I ran 13 miles in the Air Force Marathon & weighed in at 204lbs. Next year I'll try the whole marathon.

    you are ani nspiration for me, now. i want to do a half -marathon next spring 2014. but just don't know if i want to tain for. seeing your results now, i have no more excuses!!!
