How can you loose weight on your calves and tone them :( there big and don't feel comfortable wearing a dress

    You have to lose overall and you will get smaller everywhere. You can't pick where you get smaller unfortunately.

    Not only can you not pick and choose where you lose - we all have to learn to love our body types. I carry my weight in my lower half. I will never have skinny thighs or hips. Even at goal weight I will be this way. Learn to appreciate how healthy your legs are and all they do to carry you through life. :smile:

    I have lost 1 and a half inches off my calves as part of overall weightloss - i think that you just have to see where it goes from tbh - I wasnt expecting it to go from there!

    You cannot lose weight magically in just one area. You have to just lose weight overall and your genetics will determine where the fat comes from first.

    That said you can work out your muscles in any area you want. Your plan should be simple. I have made up one that is special just for you and the goals you mentioned. Here it is.............Eat fewer calories and do strength training. There you go!!! A specific and amazing plan that, if you fallow it, will result in the goals you are wishing to accomplish.
