Hi There. I started using the site yesterday and I've already received some great advice about how to drop some serious weight over the next couple of years. The problem for me personally is going to be dedication. The max I've ever lasted in the past couple of years eating sensibly is 3 weeks and that was once. Every other time I've been back to my gluttonous self within a week!
I was hoping to find a group of guys/gals with a similar amount of weight to lose to compare notes with as we go through the ups & downs of such a significant lifestyle change.
I'm not one of the people that really cares about age; I'm 23 myself but anyone from 18-180 is more than welcome!
