Low carb & 30 day shred. Results?

25 year old female

My weight loss has been very slow paced over the last year as all I've been mostly trying to do is adapt to new ways of eating and being more conscience of what I'm putting in my mouth. I've lost 20lbs so far which is great but...

I'm off to Thailand for a month in December and I want to shed some pounds pretty quick, yes I know it's not the best approach and if I fall of the wagon I'll gain it back but I will deal with that and get back in to my usually routine when I'm back, this is only for 10-12 weeks.

So I'm following the Atkins diet, I'm currently on day four on the induction and safe to say I feel crappy but I know it will pass.

My question is, if I combine low carb with the 30 day shred 4-5 times a week (I also walk for an hour and a half everyday) will I see better and faster results?

I'm wondering if anyone has any success stories they could share on any advice?

    30 DS is pretty intense interval training. I started doing it last year and I was in good running shape (ran 10 k without problem), and at first, had hard time to complete it. With law carb diet, it is my understanding (please, correct me if I am wrong) it is not recommended that you should be doing any intense training. I usually need a little carbs before doing 30 DS.
