Holy moly! In a 1 oz. box of Sunmaid raisins there are 90 calories and 22 carbs! I like raisins and understand they are supposed to be a good source of nutrition but that seems to be an awful lot of cals and carbs for such a small snack...are raisins really worth being a part of your diet?

And yet you can have about 150 grammes/6oz of grapes for the same calories.....so I eat grapes!0

I LOVE grapes! Eat them often as well. I was just blown away by the amount in the raisins! I figure I will probably just add raisins to salads or cereal (I love raisin bran but there is too much sugar added
) so it's not a snack but part of a meal and I'll still get the nutrition.
