Hurt my foot

So I hurt my foot n can't put any weight on it for the next 3 days or so.

N it was a cool feeling bc I still hobbled on my crutches to my gym, hopped around n was able to do a full workout anyhow. I did 1 footed planks, leg lifts, bicycle kicks, bench press, skull crushers, 1 legged push-ups, 1 legged diamond push-ups, inside grip bench, dumbbell flys, hanging knee raises, n I even looked for a jump rope to do 1 footed jump rope.

Anyhow it felt cool bc at one point this guy walking by was like wow that's dedication, n it just made me think of a time where I'd always be like oh I'll just start working out when Monday gets here or some silly excuse

    Hurt my foot this week (not as bad as yours....no crutches were pulled out) and I didn't do much working out because I wanted it to heal before my 5k today. I was surprised how well I did and that I lost over 3lbs this week by sitting on my backside! Did decent on the 5k, wish I could have done better...and I have the limp and blisters to show it, but I did it.
