Conour Ab Belt

I am considering purchasing one of these ab belts to add to my daily workout routing, or to use on the days I don't get to work out. Has anyone used one? Did it work for you?
One of the girls I work with has been using one for a few weeks, and she claims that she is losing inches from it, but she has also been watching her diet and doing other exercises, so I don't know if it is that or the belt that is helping her.

Don't waste your time or your money. Continue with your wise food choices, workout as much as you can. Weight loss happens from the outside in not the inside out.
You will be fine without it0 -
Yeah, don't waste your money on a gimmick product like that. Proper nutrition and exercise will do much, much more for you than some belt like that could ever hope to achieve.0
