Wheat Belly is a great book. It has a lot of useful information about wheat allergies and how they can go undetected. People who get rashes, itchy skin, migraines, etc can possibly have a wheat allergy/intolerance and not even know it. I encourage people to good wheat allergy/intolerance symptoms and see if anything applies to you. If it does, I really recommend you to read Wheat Belly. I did and found out that I was wheat intolerant. I stopped eating wheat and my skin has cleared up tremendously to the point where I am getting compliments, I'm dropping weight rather quickly which I couldn't before, and my irregular cycles have returned. It's definitely a good book.0
