American living in China finally took the plunge

Well I took the plunge and finally started to track my food on MFP after having the app for over a year. It's quite a challenge with the International food I have available in China. Thank god for eggs. Many foods are from Hong Kong and other countries and it's hard to find the correct nutrition value.
I'm starting to get the hang of it but I'm now anxious to make some friends on MFP and see what works for others. I love my Chardonnay so I have to plan that in my diet.
The good news is I get to work out 6 days a week because I help run a fitness studio for expats living in China. I do Zumba the most. But that bad news is I'm injured so can't jump much. I usually burn about 200-400 calories each day.
