I've just worked out my TDEE and BMR using this calculate on LLFYM.com (Mifflin.st.Jeor). So I've been told my BMR is 1106 and my TTDEE is 1520. So how much should my minimum and maximum be on the days I work out and how much on the days I don't work out? According to MFP my net should be 1200.

If your TDEE is 1520 a deficit of 300 (20%) would be fine, which is practically the same as MFP's 1200
you can eat that every day and have a bigger calorie deficit on exercise days and a smaller one on rest days.0 -

Just eat what it tells you every day. I'm guessing you don't have much to lose though so I'd pick a 15% deficit.0
