Insanity Hybrid Advice

Hi, I've just finished my first round of insanity and am now feeling fit enough to mix it up a bit, I'm interested in doing a second round of insanity but also want to add in some YAYOG (You are your own gym) for resistance/strength training as I can't really afford a gym subscription or free weights. What would be the best way of combining both? Was thinking maybe alternating them every other day?

Any advice that can be given would be much appreciated.

    I'm mixing insanity with New Rules of Lifting for Women. NROLFW I do at the gym, sometimes I can get there 2 times a week, sometimes 3. The other days I do Insanity. Usually pick one day to rest so my week is either 3xInsanity + 3xNROLFW OR 4 Insanity and 2 NROLFW. Only been going 3 weeks, I like the mix of cardio/strength training:)

    Thanks, this was what I was thinking. Think I'll create a schedule for myself now along the same, of 3 Insanity and 3 YAYOG and see how that goes.
