    I am here as back In May of this year my back broke, basically I could not walk at all and any little walking I did try was absolute torture. A visit to the doctor and a hop on the scales told me I was over 350lb. I woke up and realised this has to change. My back Is now almost the way It was before It broke and I will continue losing the weight for obvious reasons.

    I'm on MFP because a workmate was using it to lose weight and get fitter. He later gave up and put the weight back on and lost all his fitness gains. I carried on....

    I had some really bad blood work done about a year ago among other health issues. I'm only 38 (going on 39 in a couple weeks)...way too young for all that **** and a multitude of prescription pills. It was time to get my **** together. I started all my "good livin" on September 25, 2012...so just a few more days until my 1 year...I'm 40 Lbs down and have reversed all of that bad blood work and currently down to only my hypertension meds (which is largely hereditary so it isn't going away with diet and exercise)...but I'm off all my other ****.

    Looking awesome, having my fitness back, losing weight...these are all awesome, but not as awesome as just being healthy.
