question about weigh loss and diet

i am a 5"10 female - age 21, i was wondering how many calories should i burn off per a workout and intake in order to lose weight? i want to lose 30 pounds within 6-8 months. is 500 cal pe a workout 3-4 days a week enough?

    You're on MFP. Fill in your information and it will give you a calorie budget. Stick to it, log your exercise and it's all done.
