Low Fat meals with beef

If anyone has any low fat recipes that incorporate meat can you please post them or IM them to me? Most recipes I find use chicken and my DH does not care too much for chicken. He will eat it but if I go overboard he will jump off the fitness train real quick!

Thanks!

I should've included that I want recipes that are not just ground beef. Maybe some that have steak, etc. in them.

Try this link...the recipes here are usually very tasty. You can search by ingredient.

Beef tends to have a lot of fat.

Buy 97/3% or 95/5% ground beef and/or sirloin steaks. That said, I'm not sure why you want to go low fat, and I wouldn't generally recommend it.

The Eating Well website/magazine has some great recipes. My husband has the same MEAT issues, although I tend to agree, I tend to get a little grumpy if I don't get an awesome rib-eye steak now and then...

The doctor put him on it due to high cholesterol and high sugar. I'm thinking that simply cutting portion sizes will help a lot. We actually had sirloin steaks tonight. Instead of baked potatoes we had steamed veggies and instead of the usual 16-20 oz he had half that.
