Cyclist loosing som weight off season

Hello,

I am a norwegian amateur cyclist looking to shape up before the norwegian cycling pre-season starts again (my season build up start November 01 , first race is late april).

Started using myfitnesspal september 16th - weighing in at 88.2kg = 194lb 7.1637oz! (Bit heavy for a cyclist). My height is 183 cm = 72 inches!

Having used mfp for one week tomorrow i am a bit excited over the first weigh in (that is tomorrow) , hope i dont loose to much weight as i want to loose weight "slowly"!

Using mfp i do better considerations on what i eat during the day! I now see how bad Coca-Cola is :) , and all that cheese I "small-eat" between meals are not very good ! And i believed taco tortillas was wery healthy :)

So any other cyclists / athletes in here combining weight reduction and medium / hard training ?
