Importance of relaxation

One of the ways that I reward myself for losing weight is a massage. Here is a list of some benefits of massage that I have found via the internet:
1. Encourages relaxation.
2. Improves circulation.
3. Increases flexibility.
4. Lowers blood pressure.
5. Improves posture.
For those out there that have not had a message I encourage you try it. For those who have had massages, what is your favorite kind? I love deep tissue massages.

    It's actually a massage. A message is a communication. But massages are good for relaxation and helpful with muscle recovery.
