Another calorie question (sorry)

I've been doing 1,200 calories for about 3 months now (I was on 1,000 before. Which is bad, I know) and I just recently upped it to 1,300 but after reading a few posts here I wonder if that's enough or maybe even too much??

Here's some basic info:

Age: 18
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 124
BMR (according to scooby): 1,413
TDEE: 1,943

And I exercise for at least 40 minutes a day.
