Any cream for loose skin?

I know I'm probably a hopeless case because my stomach looks like a shar pei, but is there anything at all that can help?

I started taking MSM a week ago and it has already helped my loose skin. MSM=METHYLSULFONYLMETHANE. You can get it at any vitamin shop type place.
