fruits and sugar

I am vegetarian.so my diet contains lots of veg. but I do love fruits as snacks, which r law in calories but seems too high in sugar .HELP!!!!!!

Don't worry about sugar in fruit. Eat it, you need the vitamins.0

I'd say, don't worry *too much* about the sugar in fruit. Eating it moderately is certainly healthy and gives you a whole lot of the micronutrients that you need. But don't go binging on 5 oranges, 2 bananas, and 3 apples every day.
The fructose in fruits is still sugar, and in fact, it's among the most rapidly digesting of all sugars. So I'd say moderation is probably 2-3 servings of fruit in a day.0
