I have been losing between 1.5 to 3 pounds a week so far last two weeks i lost 2.1 and 1.6 pounds and then since last 10 days
I started running I ran litlle over 5k 5 times a week and today when I got on scale I could not believe it I checked it 3 times even reset the scale to make sure It giving me right reading. I have lost 8 pounds I guess it is the magic of running may be thats why people call it best natural exercise.
I think I should mention I am a pretty heavy bloke.
Do any one else have the same experience?

I have experienced similar. I could diet till I was blue in the face and never lose weight. When I started running, it was the magic that set everything in motion. I still lose very slowly- but at least its moving! I'm very impressed that you ran a 5k five times in a week, and it sounds like you are pretty new to running? Thats amazing!0

I been running for a while like 2or 3k once a while but I took it seriously recently and got amazing results I guess I will get addictive to running:)0

In my experience, it isn't specifically running so much as a major change in routine. I saw serious results when I first started running, then things slowed down. Switching to Insanity and significantly upping my intake saw more major fat losses. I'm now on a bulk to build back some of the muscle I lost, then will transition back to losing with weight lifting and running. Each time I overhaul my routine, I see results.0
