I've started the Milon Strength-Endurance Circuit (http://www.milon.com/equipment-circuit-strength-endurance-circuit) a couple of weeks ago and I'm seeing results.
Now, I was wondering of anyone else has any longterm results (or just quit) and/or if you did any other exercises.
