So I joined MFP about a week ago and I have been trying to get back into the swing of things (I have been on this site before). Today marks the first day that I am truly going to start this.
I need to lose weight not only for health, but to feel good about myself. I want to fit into my clothes. I want to look myself in the mirror and enjoy what I see. I want to be able to run a 5K and not walk the majority of it.
Most importantly, I want to love what I see in the mirror. So today is day 1. Goal #1: to lose 10 pounds (at the minimum) by Christmas!
