Swim before 1/2??

I am running my first ever 1/2 marathon on Saturday. My normal routine is to swim on MWF and run T Th Su. I don't do anything on Saturdays.

The question is, if I'm planning to run 3 miles on T and Th, do I still swim this week? This morning, because I was awake at 5, I swam for 25 min and stretched for 10.
