hormone imbalance recovery (Ladies)

Hey Ladies,

Did any of you have a hormone imbalance due to lack of good diet/exercise/sleep and stress? If so how long getting back into working out, and eating well did it take to get your 'groove' back? Also if you have any clean eating recipes that jump started the process? I am thinking about juicing again to help get back into a routine to help get my own groove back in order.
