I am thinking about getting some Kettlebell weights and DVDs but they are not cheap so would like some genuine testimonies that these actually work  There are too many sites that claim to shift the pounds and just talking crap

Can anyone help and even suggest a good DVD that could be bought?

Thanks

Hmm well i can't give ya an advice on what to buy regarding dvd's. But I've got a few buddies that do kettlebell trainings, and it really is intense, especially if you do it the right way.

They will increase your stamina, and they will make you alot stronger :)

I do 3 kettlebell workouts a week - only 30 mins a time, but I do it with a personal trainer on a Power Plate. I can definitely notice the difference - you see results pretty fast with strength and stamina.

Kettlebells do work, but if you don't do them correctly you will get hurt. (avoid jillian michaels DVD like the plague, else end up in hospital) Go will something by Dragon Door (Pavel Tsouline) who is the grand daddy of the KB. - http://www.dragondoor.com/

There's a lot of studies showing how great they are. - American Council on Exercise report (compiled by Josh Hillis)

He also has a tonne of info about KBs on his site - http://www.joshsgaragedenver.com/
