Someone recommended I use MFP to help keep my goals on track. I just signed up here, but started my fitness program 5 weeks ago. Moving into my 6th week, I am down 14 pounds and am about half-way to my weight-loss goal. After I hit my goal of 180 I will start more strength training. My overall goals are improved health, strength, coordination, and balance.
