Would anyone be interested in a Back on Pointe group?

Hi all! I would like to start a group based on the workouts at BackonPointe.Tumblr.com. She sets up each month a workout calendar in which you have a guide line for what workouts you do each day, like legs on the 24th or cardio on the 16th type thing, then she gives you a whole list of workouts in that category that you get to pick from. I would like to have a few people to do this with me. She puts a new one up each month, so in a little over a week she will have the one up for October.

Maybe we could keep track of our progress each month as well. If I get enough people interested, like 4 or more, I'll set up a group. I would just like to know if anyone would be interested.

    Yes, I love her workouts especially when I travel. I do them in a Tabata format and set my tabata timer and do each exercise for 20 seconds with a 10 second brake.

    Did you end up starting the group? Can you post the url for me to join :-)
