Fat itself doesn't make you fat, too much of it does.
I used to drink full mat milk, (for fertility reasons) but I prefer almond milk.... which naturally has fat.
But I actually don't eat much butter, mayo, cream or cheese (except almond cheese and cottage cheese which I eat 2% sometimes)
Yogurt I will eat with fat, but only 2% because the high number is ridiculous, but my family prefer no fat.... LOL.
But fat does make things taste better in most occasions.
Doesn't eating full fat Peanut Butter count!? Hahaha. LOVE peanut butter.0 -
I eat mostly full fat depending on what it is. Sour cream, milk though is 2%.
Anything that has a non fat option like salad dressing just tastes watery and has extra fillers like sugar. May as well have the fat and go easy on it.0 -
Full fat. Dietary fat =/= body fat.

Low fat food just makes me sad. I would rather have little bit of yummy full fat cheese than a bunch of rubbery, dry low fat cheese.0
