hi guys, was on the internet looking at calories counting answers and saw this forum, ive been using the app for about 2 weeks and never noticed a forum! yes im really dumb lol

anyways hi im Malek, so far lost 10lbs in a month, quite pleased, looking forward to reading up on everyones advice etc...

    I have been on here on and off for a couple of months and didn't notice the forum! I used to live in Belfast! How fun! I'm just looking for a way to stay motivated!
