Sams Club pub mix is staring at me! HELP!!

This is my first day back on track...and I still have a few naughty remains of my 3 months off the wagon....namely that pub mix which is calling my name...yikes!!

I bet you could have a serving (which is 1/4C, I believe) and fit it in your calories for the day. Or you could go for an hour walk and earn the calories to fit it in.0

Yes!! I think that is what I will do...just make portioned out baggies...PHEW....My brain sooo did not go there!!0

a serving is 1 oz...or a half a cup...pretty bad...but doable0

Cherry pick for all the little brown crackers/chips and eat them 1/4c. a day until gone - throw the rest away...0
