What oil/fat goes best with rice?

I tend eat a lot of rice and generally use some butter or olive oil with it, but what other oils or fats are worth using?

Coconut oil can be quite nice and I've heard that sesame oil gives it a pleasant taste.

Have you tried cooking rice with no-salt-added broth instead of water? It's pretty tasty!!! I eat rice almost everyday but I don't use butter or olive oil.
