Just wondering what people do about this? I have IBS and take out most of my triggers. I have tried the usual stuff, ie peppermint etc, but nothing seems to work.

I have been like this for years and years, my stomach really flat in the morning, and by the end of the day look pregnant, and im like this every day whatever I eat. I can literally feel my stomach and legs fill up as the day goes on. I have a big bottle of water on my desk which I drink throughout the day, eat well, dont drink.

Any ideas?

Ta, Rachx

I'm hoping to find this question out as well as I deal with the same exact thing myself.

Ever try kukicha tea (also known as twig tea). Up to 3 cups a day is suppose to really help with bloating and stomach issues. It has an almond earthy type taste and I don't find it needs any additives. It has very little caffeine also. I lke to buy it at a tea shop in town but I have also seen the tea bag versions in grocery stores.

Never heard of that, will have to look it up.

The most frustrating thing is that it feels as if I have a layer of fat come on as soon as I start to eat/drink and by the end of the afternoon I have a thin layer of water all over me and makes me feel fat. Its also uncomfortable and although I still have food to eat, feel like I cant fit anything else in my stomach!

Here are some of the health benefits of the tea. I hope it helps.
