So I bought one. I'm not expecting super accurate readings but I'm wondering if anyone out there has compared it to a HRM? Was it close? Also, can you link it your MFP account? I thought I could when I bought it but I have a sneaking suspicion I did not read thoroughly enough and I was supposed to buy the Ultra...

    Yes you can link it. Go to the help section on MFP and it will explain all. It's not as accurate as a HRM I'm afraid but is designed for all day wear. Lots of people use Fitbit for all day and a HRM for exercise.
